The fatal crash involved a single vehicle, and happened on the gravel roadway of McCall Dam Road in Miles Township around 6 p.m.

Brooke Glass, 21 of Glen Rock, lost control of the 2011 Jeep Wranger, over-correcting through a left hand curve and over-correcting again causing the vehicle to overturn, according to the police report. The vehicle came to a final resting stop on its roof.

Hunter Zeigler, 25 of Dover, was the passenger in the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, was partially ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene, say PSP.

Glass was properly restrained but was injured; she was taken to Danville Geisinger Hospital.

Glass was Ziegler’s girlfriend for the last five years, according to his facebook.

A witness told investigators that the car was traveling at a high speed for the gravel road surface, according to the police report.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

There is no word on Glass’s condition.
