Joseph Hoagland Dies After Palmer Twp. Crash: Coroner One driver died from his injuries after a crash in Palmer Township on Tuesday evening, Jan. 30, officials say.  Joseph R. Police Seek Witnesses To Lehigh Valley Hit-And-Run Crash Police are seeking witnesses to a Lehigh Valley hit-and-run crash that seriously damaged another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle shown above was the victim of a hit-and-run crash at William Penn Highway and Emrick Boulevard around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, Bethlehem Township Police said on Sunday, August 14. The offending vehicle fled east toward Route 33 and likely has front passenger side damage, police said. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact Ptl.
