Police Seek Art Thief In Chester County Detectives are on the hunt for an art thief in Chester County.  A painting was shipped from Beverley Hills, California to an auction house in Downingtown, but was stolen from the FedEx ground facility in Exton by "an unknown person," said West Whiteland police in a statement.  Authorities have released a photo of the portrait and are asking area residents to keep an eye out.  Anyone with information is urged to call West Whiteland Township Police Department at 610-692-5100.

Dominic Moran was last seen in the area of Hartford Square on June 17 around 1 p.m., West Whiteland police said. He is described by police as a white male, about 5'7" tall, and 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.  He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, black exercise pants with a stripe on the side, and blue sneakers, police said. Know Anything? West Whiteland PD Investigating Late Night Car Break-Ins Police in West Whiteland are investigating multiple car break-ins that occurred Wednesday night, authorities said. Officers discovered broken windows on several cars and noticed that the valuables were stolen, shortly after 7 p.m. near the Saints Philip and James Church at the intersection of East Lincoln Highway and North Ship Road, according to the West Whiteland Township Police Department.
