Disturbing Police Video Shows Unsolved Philadelphia Murder City police are asking for the public's help to identify two killers.  The pictured suspects fatally shot a 24-year-old man sitting in his car on March 12, 2021, PPD said in a release.  Authorities said it happened on the 3200 block of Emerald Street in Kensington.  (Warning: Viewer discretion advised.)  PPD video.  PhiladelphiaPolice Investigators believe the pair were driving a white sedan with a vanity plate on the front that had red writing or markings.
