Shooter Leads Police To Victim After Botched South Philly Carjacking, Authorities Say One man was shot and killed in South Philadelphia early Tuesday morning in what police say they're investigating as a possible carjacking.  It happened on the 1400 block of South Water Street around 5 a.m. on Dec. 26, authorities told Daily Voice.  The shooter spoke with responding officers and led them to the victim, who was unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the stomach, PPD said.
