Exactly 30 years after she disappeared, Montgomery County investigators are calling on the public to help identify Julie Barnyock's killer. Man Wanted For Murder In Upper Darby, Police Say
Police in Delaware County are seeking the public's help in locating a wanted man. Abdul Rafi Muhsin is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in connection with an incident that happened in May, Upper Darby police said. A 31-year-old woman from Shippensburg is missing and could be in danger, according to a release by the Pennsylvania state police. Jasmine Lynn Forbes was last seen in Shippensburg on Wednesday, Pennsylvania state police Trooper Megan Ammerman said in the release.
