Dad Killed In Escalator Fall At Steelers-Jets Game Manner Of Death Revealed Authorities have revealed the manner of death for the 27-year-old dad who fell to his death from an escalator at a New York Jets-Pittsburgh Steelers game last October. The manner of death for Monaca's Dalton Ryan Keane was ruled accidental, Pittsburgh police said citing the Allegheny County Medical Examiner. Keane fell from the escalator at Acrisure Stadium around 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the police. PA Foot Doctor Being Prosecuted For Getting Handsy With Patient Perhaps it all started with a handsy doctor with a foot fetish, but now the Pennsylvania doctor is being prosecuted by the state’s attorney general, according to a release by his office. Dr. Matthew James Sabo, 48, of Chicora, Butler County, has been charged with two counts of engaging in sexual conduct and two counts of indecent assault, according to his updated court docket.
