Fatal Police Shooting Of 69-Year-Old PA Woman Was Justified, DA Says
The police killing of a 69-year-old woman in front of her Upper Moreland home last month was a justified use of deadly force, says the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Mary Meister was pronounced dead at Abington Hospital after police shot her several times on Oct. 8, Daily Voice reported. At the time, police said she was pointing a gun at police officers when they opened fire.
