Ian Christopher Jones, 20, is an active-duty soldier from Fort Polk, Louisiana who was charged in connection with a complaint of a man having on-going contact with a 13-year-old girl from Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County using social media filed in July, according to a release by police and court documents. Christopher Alexander Mello, 39, of Elizabethtown, was initially charged with aggravated assault in connection to a domestic incident at his home.
