The Hamburg man — whose name was not released — was seen masturbating in an aisle at Walmart around 2:10 p.m. on Jan 10, Mansfield Township police said. A woman who spotted him took photos of him and his vehicle, and he was tracked down, identified and charged with fourth-degree lewdness on Jan. 21, police said. The man was released and is scheduled to appear in court.
