Man Accused Of Raping Toddlers In Chambersburg May Have More Victims In York, Police Say
A man recently arrested on charges connected to the rapes of several children under 7-years-old, may have more victims, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
Morris Franklin Gibson Jr., 54, of the 2200 block of Ivan Road, Guilford Township, Chambersburg, is accused of numerous sexual offenses involving at least five children in his care, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
