Gordon was arrested on a Trenton street near the Phillips Street home authorities initially believed he'd been barricaded in, the New York Times says citing city police. PA State Police Seek Driver That Hit School District Van, Sped Off Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public’s help tracking down a driver that sped off after crashing into a school district van in Northampton County Tuesday morning. The driver hit a Bangor Area School District van in the driver’s side door while negotiating a curve near 870 Orchard Rd. in Upper Mount Bethel Township just before 8:50 a.m., Trooper Nathan Branosky said in a release.
