Bucks Man Airlifted After Diving Headfirst Into NJ Dam A Pennsylvania man was airlifted to a nearby trauma center with a serious head injury after diving into the Lambertville Wing Dam on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 27, authorities said. Crews responded to the dam on reports of a man with a head laceration around 3:50 p.m. and found a man in his 30s who had walked out from the dam and up to the canal path, Lambertville City Police Lt. Hunterdon County Volunteer Firefighters Seriously Injured In Motorcycle Crash Two volunteer firefighters in Hunterdon County were seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night, authorities said. The Quakertown Fire Company responded to the scene on Pittstown Road in Franklin Township around 9 p.m. and found both victims suffering from significant injuries, the department said. Both victims — “active and dedicated” volunteers at the Quakertown Fire Company — were taken to local trauma centers for treatment.
