Historic Bridge Badly Damaged In Berks County Crash That Trapped Passenger Firefighters in Berks County mounted a rescue mission in the dark late on Monday, May 29 after a historic bridge was badly damaged in a car accident, they said in a release.  Rescue workers got the call just after 9 p.m., said the Earl Township Volunteer Fire Company on Facebook.
