Philadelphia police are searching for an armed woman caught on surveillance video threatening Chipotle workers, authorities said. The incident unfolded on Sept. 18 around 5 p.m. when a manager at the Cottman Avenue store instructed a cashier to close the store to customers due to a staffing shortage. Pennsylvania has allocated $2.2 billion in federal stimulus funds to K-12 school districts and charter schools affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, officials announced.
