Bank Robber Makes Off With $2,100 In Schuylkill County: State Police State troopers are investigating a bank robbery in McAdoo on Thursday, May 30.  Police said the suspect walked into the First National Bank, 25 N. Kennedy Drive, and passed the teller a note demanding money around 10:45 a.m. He made off with $2,100, fleeing on foot toward East 4th Street before heading south on North Cleveland Street, troopers said.  The suspect was a white man in his 30s with a black beard and a slender frame, according to investigators. Police: Berks Driver In Custody After Cursing At Bank Teller, Punching Drive-Thru TV Screen An irate Berks County driver is in custody after police say he cursed at a bank teller and punched the drive-thru TV screen after being told a lane was closed. Dylan Noll, 25, drove into a drive-thru lane at the First National Bank on State Hill Road in Wyomissing when he noticed a car in front of him exiting through a second lane, according to the Wyomissing Police Department. Montgomery County Leader Of Reading-Area Bank Fraud Ring Gets 3½ Years In Prison A 22-year-old Montgomery County man is facing three-and-a-half years behind bars for his role as a leader in a 31-person bank fraud and identity theft ring that operated out of Reading, authorities announced. Nasir Joseph Outlaw, of King of Prussia, pleaded guilty in December 2019 to two counts of bank fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft, First Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams said.
