Fatal Crash Investigation Underway In Caernarvon Township, Police Say Investigators are now seeking witnesses to the deadly crash on Morgantown Road on Thursday morning, June 6.  At least one person died in a wreck between Elverson Road and Ranck Road on Route 10 around 8 a.m., authorities said previously. "We would like to talk to anyone that had witnessed the crash," said Caernarvon Police Chief Paul Stolz.  "Also if you had been driving on Morgantown Road between Elverson Road and Joanna Furnace and witnessed anything, please contact us."
