Steelton Police Officer Admits Raping Breastfeeding Ex, Police Say An affidavit has revealed that a Steelton police officer admitted in a recording to raping his breastfeeding ex-girlfriend, Pennsylvania State Police say in court documents obtained by Daily Voice.  Justin Clair Hain, 38, of Lykens is accused of raping a 25-year-old Lykens woman around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 10, troopers detailed in a release.  Following the incident state police were called to the woman's home where they interviewed her.  She explained that she had just showered and laid on the living room couch to breastfeed her infant daughter whom she shares with her …
