Matthew Lawrence Perna, 37, died on Friday, Feb. 25 after taking his own life at his home, the coroner’s office says. Jackson Kostolsky, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of parading, picketing, or demonstrating in a Capitol building, according to court papers. He faces a maximum of six months in prison.
