The man admitted to using both a handgun and rifle and fatally shooting his neighbor, Christopher Robbin Debellis, 42, inside and outside his Moser Road home in Moore Township around 10:40 a.m. Monday, PSP Trooper Nathan Branosky said in a Tuesday release.

Debellis was found in the back of the home and pronounced dead around 12:15 p.m., Branosky said.

The suspect, whose name police did not make public, told authorities that he had been “engaged in an ongoing neighbor dispute involving a water pipe that has led to numerous arguments and disagreements over the past several months,” Branosky said.

The suspect was taken to Saint Luke’s Fountain Hill for injury treatment.

The investigation is ongoing, Branosky said.
