Alabama Murder Suspect Caught In Stroudsburg, Troopers Say

Pennsylvania State Police say they arrested a man accused of murder in Huntsville, Alabama on Thursday, April 11.

Malcolm Jacob Derr, 19, was taken into custody by troopers and US Marshals near 7th and Sarah streets in Stroudsburg, according to a release.

Authorities said Derr was wanted in connection with a deadly shooting on March 23. He was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Facility pending his extradition to Alabama.
