8-Year-Old Pedestrian Seriously Hurt In Pennsylvania Crash: Troopers State police are investigating the Lower Oxford Crash that sent an 8-year-old boy to the hospital on Monday, April 28, according to a release.  Troopers said the victim was struck near 251 Conner Road around 7 a.m. and seriously injured.  Investigators believe the unnamed 20-year-old driver was under the influence of drugs, according to the police report.
