Broad Daylight Burglary Under Investigation In Delaware County Upper Chichester police are looking for witnesses to a home break-in on Wednesday, May 22.  Thieves targeted a house on the 4400 block of Somerset Lane sometime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. while the homeowner was away, authorities said.  "Numerous items were removed from the residence," township police said.  Anyone with information or surveillance footage is asked to call Sgt. 77-Year-Old Pennsylvania Man Missing, Police Say (Updated) Update: The subject of this report has been located safely, Upper Chichester police said Thursday evening, April 25.  Authorities are searching for missing 77-year-old Paul Desmki of Ridley.  Police said they found Demski's car parked at Immaculate Heart Cemetery, 1701 Market Street, but can't locate him.  Anyone with information is asked to call Upper Chichester Police or dial 911.

Deadly Crash Shuts Down Route 322 In Delaware County: Authorities Update: 4 Killed — Including Pregnant Teen — Fleeing From Trooper In Upper Chichester: Coroner (UPDATE) Authorities are responding to a fatal accident in Boothwym on Wednesday afternoon, April 24.  The crash happened on Route 322, Upper Chichester police said around 2 p.m.  The highway is closed from Chelsea Parkway to Creek Parkway and drivers are being asked to avoid the area.

Accidental Shooting At Delco Apartments Sends Victim To Hospital: Police One person was hospitalized after being accidentally shot at an apartment complex in Boothwyn on Saturday, Jan. 26, according to Upper Chichester police.  Authorities said it happened around 6 p.m. at the Willowbrook Apartments at 3360 Chichester Avenue.  The victim suffered non-life-threatening wounds and was taken to an area hospital, officials said. The investigation is ongoing, they added.
