Driver Arrested For Bensalem Fatal Hit-Run Of 14-Year-Old Boy Six months after a 14-year-old was hit and killed crossing Street Road in Bensalem, police say they caught the driver who fled the scene.  James Shulski, 35, of Trevose, surrendered to Bensalem police on Tuesday, Jan. 23, authorities said in a release.  Investigators say the teen victim was struck near the Route 1 overpass around 10:15 p.m. on July 6.
