Driver Dies Weeks After Carbon Co. Crash That Killed Passenger: Coroner A second person has died following a single-car crash in Lansford Borough on March 9, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  James R. Carroll, 47, of Summit Hill, died from complications of multiple traumatic injuries, officials said. The manner of death was accidental.  The wreck happened around 2 a.m. on Route 209 near Andrewsville Road, state police have said. Second Driver Dies After Wrong-Way Crash On PA Route 22 A second driver involved in the wrong-way crash on Route 22 in Bethlehem Township early this month has died, according to the Lehigh County Coroner.  Barry W. Fulton, 58, of Summit Hill, passed from multiple blunt force injuries on Sunday, Oct. 5, authorities said.
