Police Seek ID For Suspect Wanted On Burglary, Arson Charges In Chester County Police in Chester County are seeking the public's help in identifying a burglary and arson suspect. The suspect threw a rock at the window of a gas station on the 200 block of South Third Street before walking away from the scene of the attempted break-in around 1:35 a.m. on Monday, June 6, Oxford police said. Police believe the suspect is also linked to two arsons that occurred on South Fifth Street around the same time.
