Lawrence Frances Kozak Jr., 51, of Clifton Heights, was released after posting $250,000 unsecured bail, court records show. The crucial moments that helped lead authorities to Danelo Cavalcante's capture have been released by federal officials. The final push that led to the 34-year-old convicted killer's capture began just after midnight, Wednesday, Sept. 13, when he set off an alarm at a home near the eastern edge of the police perimeter in northern Chester County, authorities said (scroll for video). The reward in the search for Danelo Cavalcante has been increased to $25,000. The 34-year-old escaped killer, who is also wanted for murder in Brazil, is armed after stealing a pistol from a Chester County home Monday, Sept. 11, authorities said. PA Teacher Who Kissed Underage Student Gets Jail Time
A 55-year-old Pennsylvania teacher who kissed an underage student and her genitals over her clothes was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison on a child endangerment charge, authorities said.
