Suspect Crashed Into Bensalem Police Cars While Fleeing, Police Say US Marshals have arrested a man accused of fleeing police in Bensalem.  Elovens Joseph was wanted for aggravated assault and related counts after authorities said he crashed into two police vehicles on the 3600 block of Street Road on Feb. 28.  US Marshals said they arrested him in Somerdale, New Jersey on Thursday, April 4.  Court records show Joseph is also charged with aggravated assault by vehicle, criminal use of a communications facility, drug charges, and other offenses.

Pennsylvania Man Convicted Of Groping South Jersey Woman Gets Probation: Prosecutor A 59-year-old man from Delaware County, Pennsylvania who posed as a termite inspector to enter a Camden County victim's home was sentenced to probation, authorities said. Edward Knox, of Aston, PA, owner of Hard Knox Waterproofing out of Upper Chichester, PA, was convicted of criminal sexual contact on Nov. 1, 2023, after a jury trial, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. Quahee Eaton-Kennedy, 24, was arrested after the shooting in the parking lot of Clementon Park and Splash World around 7:50 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, Clementon police said. Officers responding to reports of shots fired found people fighting in the parking lot. Police separated the individuals involved and charged Eaton Kennedy with second-degree weapon possession. Charles Niclas 3rd, 43, was standing outside of a vehicle on the shoulder but in the northbound lane of travel when he was struck by a  Peterbuilt tractor hauling a fifth wheel recreational vehicle near milepost 648.4 on Saturday, April 16, New Jersey State Police Trooper Alejandro Goez said.
