West Grove 18-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash Into Concrete Wall, Utility Pole: PA State Police An 18-year-old Chester County man has died in a fiery car crash, Pennsylvania State Police. Jason "JJ" Ruszin of West Grove was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 10:46 p.m. on Dec. 27, Trooper Michael Carter details in the release.  JJ had been traveling east on West Baltimore Pike when the rain picked up. In the deluge he lost control of his vehicle — "exiting the roadway striking a concrete wall and a utility pole. Bam Margera, Wanted On Assault Charge, Surrenders To State Troopers In Chesco Former reality TV star Brandon "Bam" Margera has surrendered to state police in Chester County three days after authorities issued a warrant for his arrest, said Trooper James Grothey.  Margera, best known for his stint on MTV's "Jackass," turned himself in early on Thursday, April 27, Grothey wrote on Twitter.  “Bam” Margera turned himself in this morning at PSP Avondale. He was fingerprinted and photographed before being arraigned at District Court 15-3-04, where his bail was set at $50,000 unsecured.
