Rental Car Heist At Philly Airport Caught On Video Authorities are investigating "approximately" 25 well-organized thefts of rental cars from Philadelphia International Airport. The thieves, investigators say, sneak into the lot and steal "three or four" vehicles, driving single-file to the toll booth at the lot's exit.
