Amish Child Crushed To Death By Farm Wagon In PA ID'd (Update) A 5-year-old has died after being run over by a farm wagon, authorities told Daily Voice.  The boy has been identified as Samuel K. Yoder, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice on Monday, July 31. He was struck and run over at a farm located in the 150 block of Fulton Britain Road in Little Britain Township, according to a Grothey. Emergency medical services were called to the scene at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 2023, he explained.
