Fairmount Park Murders: Victims Left Bar With Suspects Before Execution-Style Killings, PD Says Thurston Cooper and Krystina Chambers willingly left a North Philadelphia bar with the couple who would murder them just 20 minutes later, claim city police.  Cooper, 49, and Chambers, 38, were shot "execution-style" in Fairmount Park around 10 p.m. on Feb. 28, PPD said at a press conference Thursday, March 14.  Lamar Young, 52, and Dale Johnson, 56, are facing charges for the murders, authorities said.  Police believe all four were at Tellups Tavern, 1322 W. Police ID 'Execution-Style' Shooting Victims In Philly's Fairmount Park Authorities have named the man and woman who were shot to death "execution-style" in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park on Thursday night, Feb. 29.  Forty-nine-year-old Thurston Cooper and 38-year-old Krystina Chambers, both of Philadelphia, were found near 3800 Mount Pleasant Drive around 11 p.m., city police said.  Both suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene by medics, according to PPD.  Police do not yet have a suspected motive and the Homicide Unit is investigating, authorities said.
