Bethlehem Shooting Suspect Arrested In Montco: Police A Montgomery County man was charged in connection with a shooting in the Lehigh Valley, authorities have announced.  Christopher Rodriguez is in Bethlehem police custody, the department announced in a Facebook post on Friday, Oct. 14.  Officials in Montgomery County were investigating Rodriguez, "who was threatening harm to his significant other and her family," Bethlehem police said. Keith Choice, 31, was arrested in Philadelphia on Tuesday after investigators identified him as the gunman responsible for opening fire on another vehicle on Route 309 in Whitemarsh Township on Jan. 23, 2019. The 65-year-old victim survived.
