Child Under 13-Years-Old Assaulted, Attacker Wanted By PA State Police The not-so-young 45-year-old Terri Young is wanted for endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault of a child less than the age of 13, according to Pennsylvania state police. Young was notified of the felony warrant for his arrest but refused to turn himself in, police say. He has been spotted multiple times in Lancaster County— in Denver, Ephrata and Lititz— since June 5, and was last seen in Leola on Tuesday, June, 14, police say.
