Victor Rivera, 34, of Lebanon, then was shot at by police-- drove into a building-- before he sped off in his Ford F-150 pickup truck with Pennsylvania license plate ZSX-3144 on Tuesday night, according to the release. Andrew J. Dzwonchyk, 40, of Jonestown, was violating a protection from abuse order and was not supposed to be in the place where he was found when police arrived at approximately 10:42 p.m., according to the release.
