Robert Owen was last seen early Saturday morning in a home on the 200 block of Rosehill Road in London Grove, around 5 a.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police. Explosion Knocks Power To Victory Taproom Brewery, Chester County Apartment Building Nearly 50 Chester County residents were without power Monday night after an explosion and subsequent fire tore through an apartment complex and brewery. Firefighters responded to reports of a blaze and a loud bang before arriving at the building that houses Victory Brewing taproom on the 600 block of West Cypress Street in Kennett Square around 6:30 p.m., 6abc reports.
