Man Shot In Groin Ending Argument At Philadelphia Area Wawa, Police Say A Delaware County man is charged with attempted murder after police claim he shot another man during a fight in a Wawa parking lot.  Keimork Buffaloe and a friend were talking to two other men at the 2608 Chichester Avenue shop late on Sept. 1 when an argument broke out, according to authorities.
