Troopers Seek PA Man Who Disappeared In Broad Daylight In 2018 State police are seeking tips in the case of Travis Fanning.  Fanning was 30 years old when he disappeared in Hazle Township on Nov. 15, 2018, according to troopers.  His father last saw him around noon after dropping him off at the Groceries Plus at 1003 Vine Street, police said. The store was just a few blocks from their North James Street home.  Around 1:30 p.m., Fanning was spotted at a Fine Wine and Good Spirits about 10 to 15 minutes away from the grocery store. Lansdale Liquor Store Sells $1 Million Lotto Ticket A shopper at a Lansdale liquor store dropped $20 on a scratch-off ticket this week and became a millionaire, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.  The lucky winner hit the top prize playing the "Million Dollar Cashfall" game, said state gaming officials. The Fine Wine and Good Spirits at 2333 Welsh Road will receive a $5,000 bonus check for vending the winning slip.  All scratch-off winners have up to one year from the purchase date to claim their prize. Philly Area Liquor Stores Closed Due To Looting, Officials Say All liquor stores in Philadelphia — and one in Montgomery County — are closed after the looting that took place throughout the city on Tuesday night, Sept. 26.  "Last night, at least 18 Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores were looted," said Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board spokesman Shawn Kelly.  "Fortunately no employees were hurt, although some were understandably shaken."
