Perkasie Man Caught with Child Pornography In Undercover Investigation, Police Say A Perkasie Borough resident faces multiple felony charges for allegedly downloading child sexual abuse material (CSAM), according to Warrington Township police.  Donald Leslie Foster, 57, was released from a Bucks County jail after posting 10 percent of his $100,000 bail, court records show.  Investigators said an IP address linked to Foster came up during an undercover CSAM investigation in November.
