Deputy Director David Richardson died after a battle with pancreatic cancer over the last year, which his department said he fought with unending courage and humility. 1 Hurt In Allentown Stabbing, Police Say One person was hurt in a stabbing in Allentown over the weekend, authorities said. Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of West Hamilton Street for a reported stabbing around 3 a.m. Sunday,  Allentown police said. They met with the victim at a local hospital, according to police. The unidentified victim was being treated for a non-life-threatening slash wound, police said. DA: US Marshals Find Deadly DelCo Stabbing Suspect Hiding In Basement Ceiling A man wanted in a deadly Delaware County stabbing was found by members of the US Marshals Task Force hiding in the basement ceiling of a property in Delaware, authorities announced. Sheriff Potter, 25, of Chester, was arrested in connection with the July 8 stabbing death of Kevin Canty, District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced Wednesday, July 28.
