Delco Felon Reaches For Gun After Crash Ends Police Chase, Troopers Claim A police chase in Ridley Township ended in a car crash and an arrest on Monday afternoon, Jan. 8, state police wrote in a release.  Troopers tried to pull over a driver, later identified as 30-year-old Khalid Mack, in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 around noon, according to officials.  Mack stopped initially but then sped away, exiting the highway onto Highland Avenue, troopers said.  The 30-year-old blew through a red light before crashing into another driver and several parked cars, authorities said. A mall security guard had flagged down Officer William Hall following shoplifting from the Pac Sun clothing store shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, Detective Capt. Dan Daly said.
