Gunfire In PA Home Leads To Police Standoff, Arrest: DA A Spring City man is in police custody after a "domestic violence-related incident" led to a standoff on Monday night, April 29, according to the DA's Office.  Daniel Montalto, 52, is charged with aggravated assault and related offenses, prosecutors said in a release.  Spring City police said they were called to Montalto's home for a reported domestic incident and found a "victim with obvious physical injuries." PA State Police, local police, and the Chester County Emergency Response Team were dispatched, along with EMS, on a report of a barricaded person with a gun on Patton Drive in Lazy Acres mobile home around 9:15 a.m., the outlet says. After several hours of negotiations, the man peacefully surrendered around 3:30 p.m., according to the outlet. No injuries were reported. Route 322 was temporarily closed due to the incident.
