Naked Man Masturbates While Crawling In PA Public Park, Police Say
A 42-year-old man who was reportedly naked and crawling was found by officers masturbating, the Carlisle Police Department explained in a release.
Brian Ardell Jones, original of Bethlehem most recently of Harrisburg, was seen "crawling naked on the ground near the railroad track bridge" at 11:18 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27, police said.

Boy, 15, Goes Missing 2X In Four Months From Central PA Home: Police
A 15-year-old boy has gone missing from his central Pennsylvania home—again, police say.
Maurice Marshall has been reported missing from his home in the 100 block of East Penn Street on Sept. 8, according to a release by the Carlisle police department.
Marshall is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 180 lbs, police say.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue track pants, black socks, and sandals, according to the release.
He previously went missing on June 14, but how or when he was located was not released publicly.

‘90 Day Fiance’ Barber Wanted Months After Deadly PA Shooting
A former barber who appeared in ”90 Day Fiance” and “90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?” is still at-large seven months after he allegedly shot and killed his former boss.
Michael Anthony Baltimore, 43, of Carlisle, is wanted as the prime suspect in the fatal shooting of GQ Barber Shop owner Kendell Jerome Cook, 39, of Steelton, according to police.
For an unknown reason Baltimore came to the shop, located at 128 North Hanover Street in Carlisle, opened fire at Cook and then shot at another former barber, Anthony White, according to police at the time.
