Baltimore Man Found Shot To Death On PA Highway: PSP A 54-year-old Baltimore man has been identified after he was found shot to death along US 222 on April 23, 2023, in Lancaster County.  Miguel Vazquez-Ruiz's death was ruled a homicide by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
