Libao Zheng Held On $1 Mil Bail For Shooting Officer: PPD A 26-year-old man has been arrested after shooting an officer during a barricade situation in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, police announced on Friday, Feb. 2.  While serving a warrant for Libao Zheng at his home in the 1300 block of King Place in North Philadelphia he opened fire at PPD officers around 6:06 a.m. on Jan. 31, the police detailed in multiple releases. One officer suffered "a graze wound to the right hand" after the bullet ricocheted off his ballistic vest.
