Pair Of Deadly Hit-Runs Under Investigation In Philly Police in Philadelphia are investigating after two people were killed in hit-and-run car crashes just a few hours apart on Sunday, Jan. 22.  The first crash happened at about 5:30 p.m. in South Philadelphia, 6abc reports.
