Police Investigate Homicide Of Elizabeth Shea: Montco DA

A homicide investigation is underway after a Wyndmoor woman was found dead in her home Wednesday morning, April 10.

Springfield Township police found 57-year-old Elizabeth Shea dead in a residence on the 1000 block of Cromwell Lane around 7:30 a.m., the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said.

Police were visiting the home to conduct a welfare check when they found her in the master bedroom, according to the release.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, April 11.
