Wanted Assault Suspect Has Allentown Ties, Police Say

Authorities say a man with ties to Allentown is sought on simple assault charges.

Michael C. Williams, 52, is also wanted for a parole violation, according to Allentown police.

The charges stem from an incident on June 30, officials said.

Williams is described as 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. In addition to Allentown, police said he has connections to New York and North Carolina.
