Woman Shot At Chesco Driver In Road Rage Incident, DA Says A Secane woman is accused of firing handgun at a driver who passed her on the road on Thursday morning, May 2, prosecutors say.  Racquel Graham, 41, is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and related charges, the Chester County District Attorney's Office said in a release. DA: Philly Man Found Guilty In Fatal Heroin Overdose Of Chester County Man A Philadelphia man was found guilty of selling heroin to a 34-year-old Chester County man who fatally overdosed from the drug two years ago, authorities said.
