PA Driver Comes Under Fire In Road Rage Incident On I-476: State Police A road rage incident in West Conshohocken ended in gunfire Thursday morning, Dec. 7, troopers announced.  The victim was exiting onto the I-476 northbound ramp when three bullets hit the passenger side of his car around 9:45 a.m., according to state police. No injuries were reported.  The driver told troopers he had been involved in an on-road altercation with the suspected shooter shortly before.  Investigators believe the suspect fled west on I-76 in a white Chevrolet Impala with tinted windows and Pennsylvania tags. Accused Lehigh Valley Burglar, 34, Charged In Second Home Break-In, Knifepoint Rape A Lehigh Valley man previously charged in a home break-in is facing a laundry list of additional charges in connection to a burglary and rape case from May 2020, authorities said. Clement Swaby, 34, was charged Wednesday with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent and aggravated indecent assaults, burglary, possessing instruments of crime and terroristic threats, Bethlehem Police said.
